  • We do not require account creation or login.
  • We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone) unless you contact us.
  • We do not collect payment information — all bookings happen on third-party platforms.
  • We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Provide and improve hotel search results.
  • Cache frequent searches for faster performance.
  • Understand usage patterns to improve the product.
  • Fix bugs and technical issues.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • LiteAPI: Hotel data and pricing (their privacy policy applies to hotel data).
  • Agoda & Booking.com: Booking partners you may be redirected to.
  • PostHog: Product analytics (self-hosted, data stays on our servers).
  • Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring.
  • Vercel: Website hosting.

5. Data Retention

Search queries and click data are retained for up to 90 days for analytics purposes, then automatically deleted. Cached search results are retained for up to 5 minutes.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information or require accounts, there is typically no personal data to delete. If you have contacted us and shared personal information, you may request its deletion by emailing support@hotel-like.co.

7. Cookies

Hotel Like does not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies required for basic site functionality (e.g., caching preferences). No third-party advertising cookies are used.
